Ice Fishing

Whether you are interested in fishing for walleye in December or perch and tulibee late in the season, we can accommodate you.

We offer full service ice fishing. You can rent one of our deluxe fish houses or use your own private house. We have day houses available and those you can spend the night or weekend in.

Plowed Roads
We maintain plowed roads to the soft bottom breaks just off shore and go farther out to the famous mud flats. The Red Door keeps a road plowed to the following mud flats: Weimer, Bombeck, Resort, Fishhouse, Eileens, Fletcher, Pantry and the North tip of Backer.

Year Round
For those of you who enjoy the comfort of your fish house year round, we also offer a fish house park in a quiet, wooded setting complete with electric service, if desired.

Winter Rates:

• Seasonal Road Pass: - $150.00

• Daily Road Pass: - $10.00

  Weekend prices (call for mid-week special rates)

• Day Houses (#1 & 2) 8 x 12, $16.00 per person per 12 hour shift
• Basic House (#3-8) 8 x 12, $18.00 per person per 12 hour shift
• Deluxe House (#9, 10, 16, 17, 18, & 19) 10 x 16, $24.00 per person per 12 hour shift
• Deluxe House (#11 & 12) 10 x 22, $24.00 per person per 12 hour shift
• Deluxe House (#13 & 14) 10 x 20 $24.00 per person per 12 hour shift
• Deluxe House (#15) 10 x 16 $60.00 per 12 hour shift

Private Fish House Packages
We also have private fish house packages available. Package includes plowed lake roads, pulling on and off lake, summer storage, driveways, road access for one and first move on the lake. Just call for the details!
